We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales. Please be aware that delays are occasionally inevitable due to busy periods and unforeseen factors.
Please note that during our Sale period deliveries may take longer.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Next day delivery is not available at the moment, we apologise for the inconvenience.

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY – ON ORDERS OVER £25
Spend £25 or more to get Free Standard Delivery.
Orders for goods over £25 or more will qualify for free standard delivery ( UK Mainland only) for the 1st parcel upto 20kg. Any orders above this weight will be charged for each subsequent box.
This offer doesn't work in conjunction with any other promotional code used at the checkout.
We reserve the right to vary the terms of this promotion at any time, or to withdraw this promotion altogether.

DISPATCH TIME
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any delivery times are subject to any strike action, 3rd party delays, traffic , weather constraints or force majeure and therefore we will not accept liability or be responsible for late delivery under thescircumstances.
Important note - We only dispatch goods between Monday - Saturday.
Once we have despatched your order we cannot change the delivery address. 

DELIVERY/CONTACT DETAILS
Please ensure that all your contact details are up to date in case we need to contact you about your order, not providing the correct contact details may result in a delay in the delivery of your order.
Create A Cake cannot be held liable for lost or damaged parcels where incorrect or insufficient address details are provided on your order.
In the event of requests for goods to be left at unattended premises (for example - in a garage) or with neighbours Create A Cake Ltd will endeavour to do so at the customers own liability.

EXCESSIVE WEIGHT
If due to the weight or volume of your order being excessive in relation to the value, there may be additional delivery charges to be added.  These charges would be at our discretion and would be discussed with you prior to despatch. Please note that this may apply large quantities of polystyrene dummies or large cake drums/boxes.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS 
Create A Cake offers no-quibble money-back guarantee for any products found to be faulty. Where goods are damaged in transit Create A Cake will replace the item free of charge. 
If any of your products are delivered faulty or damaged, please contact Create A Cake to be reported on the day of delivery by  telephone or use our online contact form. Please provide as much information about your order as possible to help us with your investigation. We ask that damaged products are returned to Create A Cake registered office in the original packaging if possible. Create A Cake will reimburse postage costs of the return of faulty goods to the customer. We may also ask for proof of the damage and a written statement so that we can proceed with a compensation claim against the courier.
Please note that all damaged or missing items must be reported on the day of delivery.

MISSING ITEMS
If your delivery arrives and there is an item/s missing from your order, please report it on the day of delivery by phone. To provide an efficient service please ensure you have your order details to hand; details of your name, order number, date of order, items missing . We will then arrange for replacement of missing items as required to ensure your order is completed.

UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
Our delivery couriers/agents will leave a note if you are not at place of delivery to receive your parcel. It is your responsibility to call the delivery company to arrange a re-delivery or collect the parcel. You will be eligible for the cost of us re-sending the goods if the parcel is returned to us marked as 'Not called for'. Failure to comply with these charges will result in the order being cancelled and refunded.

PARCELS RETURNED TO SENDER 
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or insufficient address details provided on your order you will be eligible for the cost of resending the parcel. Parcels will only be resent once the charges have been met.

LOST PARCELS
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help. Contact us by phone. To provide an efficient service please ensure you have your order confirmation number to hand and details of the items you have ordered. Please note that during our Sale period deliveries may take longer. We shall investigate lost packages with our courier partners and will arrange a replacement or full refund in the event the goods cannot be found. Please note we require a minimum of five working days to investigate lost packages with our couriers.
